Had to take prints back (three times in the case of one of them) because they were crooked and the white space on the left and right wasn't equal so the artwork wasn't centred. At different times I was told: it wasn't possible to straighten the print, that it could just go crooked again when the frame was sealed back up; the staff would be disappointed if the job had to be redone again; it was best not to keep reopening the frame because of potential damage to the artwork (although another time I was told they had "archived" the artwork, meaning it couldn't be damaged); the crookedness wouldn't be noticeable if it weren't for the fact that the artwork had a black border (I was offered a mount board, at additional cost to me, to hide the black border, which was part of the artwork). I was told that I had been asked whether I wanted the white space on the left and right to be equal and that I'd said no. I said I hadn't been asked, that if I had, I would have said yes. I was told that as it was back in January, I probably don't remember and that people pay a lot to have artwork off-centre. I was told that if I wanted it centred, that would constitute a whole new job, requiring a new frame (at additional expense to me). I would have preferred not to give a bad review but the matter wasn't able to be resolved even after returning the artwork three times. Would have given zero stars but one star is the lowest rating you can give.
